BUSINESS


It was agreed among the members that, whenever possible, recipes should be submitted for the meals consumed at the dinner meetings. To minimize the difficulty of transcription of recipes, members should submit the recipes for the dishes to the Secretary, neatly written or typed. If successful, the Society may elect at some later date to publish a compendium of these gustatory delicacies.

Tournedos Rossini al Baggi: Sirloin steak seasoned with garlic, Worcestershire Sauce, and H. P. Sauce, broiled, topped with a slice of Pate du Maison Bagge, served with a Port Espagnol sauce

GUEST SPEAKER:

Mr. Milton Graves gave an illustrated lecture on the geology of Nova Scotia, with special attention paid to the relationships among ground water, gold mining and arsenic.

 

MEMBER SPEAKER:

Mr. Bruce Gillis gave a talk on his family history and its relationship to the general history of Nova Scotia.
